OATH Therapy is excited to be represented at the Texas Counseling Association's conference by four members of our clinical team: Saharah Shrout, MA, LPC-S; Megan Pike, MEd, LPC-Associate; Abeeb Oki, MEd, LPC-Associate; and Carla Wall, MEd, LPC-Associate.

Together, they will present "Hidden Compulsions: Identifying and Treating Mental Rituals in OCD and Anxiety."

Their presentation will explore mental compulsions and internal rituals that can often go unnoticed or be mistaken for ordinary thinking patterns. By helping counselors better recognize these less visible symptoms, the presentation aims to strengthen understanding of OCD and anxiety and support more effective, informed treatment approaches.
