Compassionate, evidence-based care for OCD and Anxiety disorders.

Schedule a Free Initial Consultation

Our free initial consultation is designed to give you a comfortable introduction to OATH Therapy and help us better understand your needs. During this brief (10-15 minute) consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to share what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and learn more about our therapeutic approach. This assessment is an opportunity to ensure that we’re a good fit and that we can tailor our services to best support your journey toward well-being. There’s no pressure, just a chance to connect, explore your options, and take the first step toward meaningful change.

  • Prior to beginning therapy, every client meets with a therapist for an initial diagnostic assessment in order to determine a diagnosis for treatment planning. At this meeting, the client will be asked for background information, current circumstances and concerns, and what they are hoping to gain from counseling. The diagnostic assessment process may take more than one session.

  • Individual therapy is a confidential and personalized form of treatment, where a client engages in private sessions with a therapist. The duration of these one-on-one sessions is usually around 45 minutes, scheduled once or twice per week as deemed necessary. In collaboration with the therapist, the client develops a tailored treatment plan focused on achieving the objectives set forth in individual therapy.

  • Extended therapy sessions at OATH Therapy provide a focused, comprehensive approach to treating OCD and anxiety. These longer sessions allow for in-depth exploration of thoughts, behaviors, and triggers, enabling clients to gain deeper insight and develop effective coping strategies without feeling rushed.

The potential benefits of extended sessions include enhanced progress, more time to practice exposure and response prevention (ERP) techniques, and the opportunity to address multiple aspects of OCD or anxiety management within one appointment. This approach helps clients build resilience, strengthen skills, and make meaningful advancements toward reducing symptoms and regaining control. With extended sessions, we create an environment where you can engage fully, feel supported, and work at a pace that promotes sustained improvement.

  • Concierge In-Home ERP Therapy is a specialized service designed to bring effective, evidence-based treatment directly into the environments where anxiety and OCD symptoms occur. This personalized option is ideal for individuals who need support beyond the therapy office, whether at home, in the car, or in the community.

In these real-world settings, OATH therapists guide clients through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), helping them face fears and resist compulsions or avoidance behaviors in the very places those symptoms are most distressing. This immersive format is especially beneficial for treating contamination fears, checking rituals, social anxiety, phobias, panic, agoraphobia, and driving-related anxiety.

Concierge sessions are longer in length, highly tailored, and scheduled at times that work with your routine. This service offers greater flexibility, privacy, and intensity of care, making it an excellent choice for those looking for hands-on support and meaningful progress in daily life.

    Why Scholarships Matter

We know that OCD and anxiety disorders are highly treatable, but many people suffer in silence due to cost barriers or lack of access to trained providers. By offering reduced-fee therapy options, we’re working to close that gap and extend the reach of compassionate, specialized care in our Houston community and beyond.

If you or a loved one are struggling, and worried that cost is a barrier, please reach out. We’re here to help.
