About Elizabeth: I am a counseling intern dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief, and identity development with compassion and evidence-based care. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Houston Christian University. I would love to work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, and have a special passion for supporting clients struggling with intrusive thoughts, excessive worry, compulsive behaviors, and life transitions. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Solution-Focused Therapy, and a client-centered approach to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs. I am committed to creating a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.
